Guarantee process for Shuttle dimmers

Shuttle dimmers are noted for their first-class engineering, high-quality components, and systematic quality assurance. Therefore, Shuttle is in the position to offer a full 2-year guarantee on Shuttle dimmers operated according to the technical specifications.

In case of any failure, please return the Shuttle product to our service department.  Shuttle Lighting Pty Ltd  undertakes to repair, replace or refund, at its discretion, goods which have become defective within 2 years of purchase, solely as a result of faulty materials and workmanship, provided that:

  1.  The Shuttle products have been installed, wired, tested, operated and used in accordance with Shuttle’s instructions.
  2. Dimmer loads (lamps, LED’s, drivers, transformers, etc.) comply with all the local mandatory legal requirements and specifications and a certificate of compliance is available.
  3. The Shuttle product has not been tampered with or taken apart.
  4. The Shuttle product is securely packed and returned to our Service Department within 28 days of the fault occurring , Unit A8 Waverly Court 7 Kotzee Road Observatory Cape Town South Africa Tel. +27 (21) 4488229,  together with a letter stating the the date and place of purchase, description of load and circumstances of malfunction.
This guarantee states Shuttle’s entire liability, which does not extend to cover consequential loss or damage or installation costs arising from a defective product. The guarantee does not apply to problems arising from any incompatibility between lamps and the dimmer switch.
